Booking me is easy…
1: Get in touch
Contact me via email, the contact form or phone. Please include details such as your budget/fee, deadline, what the voice over will be used for, where, and for how long. I’m happy to record a free demo sample of your script before you book a session.
2: I’ll send you a quote
I help companies of all shapes and sizes with exceptional quality, affordable voiceover.
I’m an Equity member and quote fair industry rates. My Basic Studio Fee is £300. This covers all recording costs for up to 1 hour recording, file delivery and internal company usage. If you need additional usage like commercial, radio, videogame and online usage just let me know where the voiceover will appear, for how long and what, if any, commercial usage you’ll be using it for and I’ll create a custom quote for you.
3: Book me
Once agreed on a fee and terms, you’ll send a booking confirmation and final script.
4: Recording session
24 hours during the working week, UK time, is my target for sending the audio files once booked.
If you’d like to direct live (via Zoom, GMeet, Microsoft Teams, Cleanfeed or Source Connect) we’ll record remotely at an agreed time. Otherwise I’m equally happy to do a self record for you! Just give me a few notes on the direction and tone you’re after and any references you’d like to share.
Have a studio in mind you’d like to record from? I’m only an hour from both London and Birmingham and know of a cracking studio in Oxford too I can recommend.
5: File delivery
I can send audio in various file formats, such as WAVs or MP3s. Just let me know your preference! I can send raw recordings, split files, and I can process the audio with EQ and compression if preferred. I can also edit comped takes - just ask. Editing takes together is free unless it’s a longer script which requires excessive editing (I’ll flag it in advance if an extra fee would be required for excess editing).
6: Payment
I accept payments via bank transfer in British Pounds, and payments using Wise for other currencies. Payment is due by 30 days after you’ve received the final audio files - which will also be the invoice date.
